ORAFTI L92LL

Orafti®L92 is a food ingredient (liquid) consisting mainly of oligo-fructose produced by partial enzymatic hydrolysis from chicory inulin. Oligofructose consists of oligosaccharides composed of fructose units linked together by ß-(2,1)-linkages. Part of the fructose chains are terminated by a glucose unit. The number of fructose and glucose units in oligofructose (Degree of Polymerization = DP) ranges mainly between 2 and 8. Orafti®L92LL is pH-adjusted to ensure a long shelf-life.
