REMYFLO R 550 TT

REMYFLO R 550 TT is a food-grade rice semolina manufactured from polished broken rice. It is coarsely milled and sieved rice flour with reduced lipase activity. REMYFLO R 550 TT has a particle size distribution of > 500 μm max 30 g/100 g, 500 μm - 300 μm 20 - 60 g/100 g, < 150 μm max 15 g/100 g with D10 max 250 μm, D50 max 400 μm and D90 max 600 μm. It has negligible fat, crude 1 max 1 g/100 g d.m. and negligible sugar content. REMYFLO R 550 TT is suitable for food applications due to its neutral taste and odor profile. Its coarse particle size and reduced lipase activity make it well-suited for use in various food formulations without altering the texture or taste of the final product.
