ESTICLEAN 298 is an industrial cleaning agent based on a combination of coconut fatty acid esters and synthetic esters providing superior cleaning and degreasing. ESTICLEAN 298 offers good wetting and solvency properties while being non-labelled and having a high flashpoint and very low evaporation rate, making it ideal for industrial cleaning applications. As ESTICLEAN 298 does not evaporate quickly, it leaves behind a thin protective film on cleaned surfaces providing temporary corrosion protection. This film can be easily removed later if needed. Its low evaporation rate means fresh air devices are not necessary during cleaning. ESTICLEAN 298 is recommended for use in industrial assembly plants for metal part cleaning and maintenance as a non-hazardous substitute for hydrocarbon cleaners.
