ESPRION 300

ESPRION 300 is a powdered ingredient that serves as an economical alternative for skimmed milk in various food applications. It is made from partly demineralised, delactosed whey. ESPRION 300 dissolves well at a temperature range of 20-50°C. Depending on the food application, between 25% to 50% of skimmed milk can be replaced by ESPRION 300.
