LUZENAC 1445 is a grey, lamellar talc used in advanced applications where reinforcement and thermal properties are critical. With a median diameter of 10.0um LUZENAC 1445 provides consistent particle size distribution ideal for compounding. LUZENAC 1445 has high whiteness of Y 79.5 and L* 91.2 making it suitable for applications requiring opacity. Its high aspect ratio and narrow particle distribution allows for improved mechanical properties and heat resistance in end products.
