BELSIL OW 2100 DE is stable in water systems and has a calculated HLB of 12. BELSIL OW 2100 DE provides excellent conditioning effect at low dosage levels in formulations. It can improve silky smooth feeling as a light conditioning agent. BELSIL OW 2100 DE also helps to form dense and stable foam and improves the skin feel after washing.
