NEOFECT 5B

NEOFECT 5B is made from natural-derived pentylene glycol, and (nature-identical) benzyl alcohol. A popular way of preserving personal care products within natural standards is by using organic acids. However, they impose strict limitations with respect to the pH, and restrict formulation freedom. The Neofect 5B breaks through these limits, and offers a unique combination of broad-spectrum preservative action over a broad pH range and a very high water solubility.
