ORG ELDERBERRY FRUIT_ONQ7002 is a 100% organic elderberry fruit powder made from around 10 kg of single strength juice at 10.5°Brix, obtained from around 16 kg of fresh fruit. The product contains around 98% fruit solids and has a dark red-purple color and characteristic flavor. It is water soluble and has a bulk density of 0.50-0.70 g/ml and tapped density of 0.70-0.80 g/ml. The product complies with various quality and safety standards for the food industry. It has high antioxidant content of over 1000 umol TE/g and polyphenol content of over 9% by UV. The product is suitable for various food applications due to its antioxidant properties and ability to provide natural color and flavor.
